Exploring Europe
Third attempt, this time documented, driving and exploring around in europe.
We play ETS2 for an eternity.
And I already had two saves in which I explored loads of europe, had money, trucks, garages, everything. And both time I've lost my saves (both were saved locally).
Now, as I am playing ETS2 the third time from the beginning, I thought I might give it a gallery as well.
I normally locate my headquarter in a german city (hanover this time).
The garage is already upgraded to 3 slots, two which are filled with used trucks and 2 drivers, and I just bought a garage in algeciras, added a used truck and a driver, and that's the reason why I am also kinda broke again (~46k).
I currently do not own a truck myself, as I often times just hop onto a cargo after work, on in a (real life) work break. And so far wanted to spend the earned money on garages and trucks for other drivers to have a bit of passive income. Let's have a look at the garages to close this.

And the latest addition in algeciras (the most southern city of spain in ETS2). With only one driver and one truck yet. Virtually identical, but with different lighting.
I do not have an concrete plans on how to expand further. Which garages to buy, trucks etc.etc.. As I often times just want to drive. I guess over time more garages, drivers and an own truck will be added naturally.

Algeciras (Spain) -> Tallin (Estonia). Empty Barrels, 9t, 4260km, time: ~3 1/2 days, payment: 93.343€.
Those are the details for the longest haul I have done (yet) in ETS2.
Before I chose this job I had my eye on a similarish long job going from Algeciras to Romania. Closely before I accepted the one to Romania I saw the payment (for a ~4000km job) and couldn't really believe my eyes as the payment was around 30k.
Directly over the Romania job was the on that I chose, that, for almost the same distance offered 3 times the payment. Easy choice especially as I wasn't looking for any specific cargo, truck type or whatnot. Just wanted to have long job with an appropriate payment. Therefore we ended up with the job we have. At the beginning of the tour we had ~44k in the bag...at the end, well let's see how much it will be.

Starting in the early morning in Algeciras (Spain). Zero damage, still plenty of energy and fuel.
And the job details.
Arrival in Tallin.
As you can see I have accumulated quite a bit of damage. I almost immediately took 5% on the trailer while still being in Algeciras, because I took a turn to sharp. I got 15% on the truck damage on a toll station hitting one side as I was a bit off assuming the distance wrong. All other damage was accumulated by reckless driving.
And that we at least see a couple meters of the tour, I included this here as well as it shows the last meters of the tour.
Parked!
Compared to the start, on Thursday, where I had 44k we now, on Sunday, have 59k from three drivers which I would say is ok.
Plus the additional 90k we get from this job.
